With over 40 years of experience as a massage & beauty therapist, I’ve had the joy of helping countless clients relax, restore, and reconnect with themselves.   I’m delighted to be working alongside my daughter Kala at Spa and Skin Lounge, where we combine our shared passion for holistic wellbeing and beauty.

I specialise in bespoke massage treatments, carefully tailored to each individual’s needs — whether for deep relaxation, stress relief, or rejuvenation. Around 20 years ago, I was among the first to introduce the Natural Facelift Massage, a gentle, restorative technique that enhances natural radiance and supports graceful aging.

My love for nurturing the skin naturally also inspired me to create Natural Skin Care Deli, my own line of hand-crafted, plant-based skincare products. Each formula is designed with care, using pure ingredients to promote healthy, glowing skin.

For me, massage and skincare are more than treatments — they’re a way to help others feel balanced, confident, and truly cared for, inside and out.

 I’m Carly, owner of Green and Bloom—mum of six, lover of all things weird and wonderful, and a therapist with 30 years’ experience in the beauty industry. I specialise in massage techniques from around the world and created Green and Bloom to offer spa and beauty treatments inspired by nature.

With shelves full of flowers, oils, powders and herbs, I craft bespoke, hand-made treatments using fresh ingredients—often including blended fruits. I wanted to bring something truly different to the beauty world, reminding us that healing is abundant and all around.

Kinesiologist to try to help people as it has really helped me and many of my friends and family with a range of issues, from bad tummies to bad breath, skin and muscle tension, I decided to combine that into massage, which lead me on to doing many different treatments which compliment each other.

With almost two decades of experience as a Shiatsu practitioner, I work with clients to address a wide variety of physical, mental and emotional health needs.

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu treats the person as a whole. Taking into account a multitude of health indicators, we will work to find the root causes of imbalance while addressing the more immediate manifestations in the body and mind.

My own experiences of pregnancy, loss, childbirth and motherhood have informed a specialist interest in women’s health, with a particular focus on using massage to support others through pregnancy and beyond.

I’m also passionate about supporting our neurodivergent community, and the benefits of acupressure and bodywork in aiding emotional regulation and inner quiet.
